张克伟，男，汉族，1994年10月出生，工学博士，副教授，硕士研究生导师，中国自动化学会（CAA）会员，中国人工智能学会（CAAI）会员。2023年毕业于华中科技大学，主要从事随机系统稳定性理论、分布式神经网络及多智能体协同控制研究。近年来主持甘肃省青年科技基金1项，甘肃省高校教师创新基金项目1项以及兰州理工大学青年交叉基金项目1项；参与国家重点研发计划1项（项目骨干）。以第一作者在IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics等期刊发表多篇SCI论文。获得International Conference on Intelligent Robotics and Automatic Control最佳论文提名奖（Best Paper），担任第18届International Conference on Advanced Computational Intelligence出版主席(Publications Chair)。担任IEEE/CAA JAS，IEEE TIE，Neural Networks等多个国际学术期刊审稿人。部分代表性成果如下：
